The Solution is simply what is refered to as an iFrame, or Inline Frame, which allows for scolled content to be displayed inside of a fixed area. Typical square ( and more boring ) shaped websites are made of images that can be stretched vertically to allow for more content. Since this is a more unique design, a unique method for expanded content has been found!

The frame only activates when there is more content to be displayed, and so when there isn't a need for the iFrame, it is invisible to keep things simple. I will add extra text to activate the frame.
